We formulate our products with a base of olive leaf cell elixir, hydroxytyrosol, instead of water or refined oils as the base for our products – this allows for concentrated active ingredients and product lines suitable for a variety of skin types.
Hydroxytyrosol is a compound found in olives and at the highest concentration within the olive leaf. One of the most powerful antioxidant compounds (20x more than vitamin c) — antioxidant, anti inflammatory, anti cancer, and more.

While skincare is certainly not one-size-fits-all, I wanted to share a few of my most favorite (and the most popular) Oliveda products.
Technically this is a “corrective face serum” but it's been lovingly nicknamed Botox in a Bottle, thanks to the ingredient paracress that causes a lifting and topical freezing effect, immediately reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles and preventing the progression of aging. In 2001, the first Olive Tree People product, the I01 Elixir, was developed. This began the unique mission of OTP - revolutionizing the emulsions on which skin care products are based.
OTP products are 95% more potent than the other natural skincare in existence today. This is due to OTP substituting the usual water content in skincare products with the highly potent, bioactive cell elixir of the olive leaf, which protects the olive tree and allows it to live up to 4,000 years. We also replace the standard refined oils with our highly bioactive Arbequina oil, which is similar to the lipids of our skin and supports its regenerative power.

Oliveda products are fantastic for acne!
These products are cell-elixir products created from the olive leaf, not olive oil. This is a huge misconception and leads to the fear of clogged pores when, in reality, the products do just the opposite.
That being said, there are certain products that are specifically designed for acne prone skin:

Skin purging is a process that occurs when you start using a new skincare product (especially one as concentrated and bioactive as Oliveda) that increases the rate of cell turnover.
Because your skin cells are turning over more quickly, lingering breakouts that might’ve taken weeks (or even months) to surface all appear at once. This means that, before it gets better, your breakouts can actually get worse. While it may seem unfair, if you stick with the new product and don’t get discouraged through the purging process, you’ll be rewarded with smooth, clear skin.
The most common types of breakouts people experience when their skin purges are whiteheads and pustules. They’re similar in that they both develop pus as a result of infection. However, pustules tend to be more red and inflamed. If you’re prone to hormonal acne, you may also develop cystic blemishes in the purging process.
Typically, the purge lasts somewhere between 2-6 weeks, but each person is different and this can certainly vary. Individuals with a lot closed comedones (clogged pores) can take longer, as there may be more layers of debris that need somewhere to go.

While the majority of skincare products on the market contain 70-95% water, preservatives, and refined oil; OTP products are 100% bioactive and never contain added water or synthetic preservatives. Because of this, the products are concentrated and incredibly powerful.

We never put water first, as is the case with traditional emulsions. Our emulsions build up entirely without water, which is why the Olea Europe Cell Elixir comes first for us. However, water is a byproduct of the muddling of the olive leaf and other raw materials.

Oliveda does not use any synthetic fragrance. If fragrances are also used, then only a composition of essential oils is used. According to the EU Cosmetics Regulation, these are then summarized under the generic term perfume in the INCIS. Plant allergens such as linalool have to be shown separately according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation.
The "fragrance" you see on certain products is made up of up to 21 different essential oils.

It sure it! MLM stands for "multi-level marketing" and, while MLMs have gotten a bad name over the years from their partners often behaving in predatory and manipulative ways, here's why I actually love the MLM structure:
When you purchase through Amazon, who makes the majority of that money? Amazon. Even the actual seller of a given product makes a relatively small amount compared to what Amazon holds. This is the case for all big companies - profit goes towards an organization.
